When the owners of this classic home, located in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood, wanted an easier way to access the three levels of their house, they opted to have an elevator installed. Designed by Seattle architect Gene Morris, AIA, and constructed by Bella Construction, this solution, while elegant, was not without its construction challenges.  Aesthetically, the finished project blends very well with the existing exterior of the house and ultimately provides the owners with the ease and convenience they wanted in their home of many years. Definitely what we’d call an uplifting project!
